We are seeking a part-time Human Resources guru to help support our exciting growth.
As a key member of our HR Department, you will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support for all facets of HR.
This includes everything from the hiring process to managing employee data, running background checks, and more.
Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records Run and review background checks on potential employees Occasionally assist with screening job candidates Assist with onboarding new hires and offboarding terminated employees Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to handle sensitive employee material and maintain strict confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Willingness to learn and follow HR-related laws and procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to innovate and improvise Previous HR experience is a plus, but not required This position will require you to be in office 20-30 hours per week.
We will work with the most promising applicants to establish a schedule that works for both of us.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
