As a Store Manager for Rent-A-Center your responsibilities would include:
v Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction
v Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits
v Monitor and improve sales skills of all employees
v Set specific goals for store performance and employee training and development
v Provide leadership and guidance
v Budgeting, pencil profit system and report analysis
v Inventory management and security of all store assets
Do you have these Qualifications?
v Two years of college and/or two years retail sales or management
v Computer literacy/proficiency in a windows operation system
v Organizational and time management skills
v Friendly with exceptional communication and listening skills
v Excellent customer service skills
v Valid driver's license with good driving record
v Must be at least 20 years of age
v Heavy lifting required
